Cancellation and Change Policies

At Ecotours Playa, we want to offer you flexibility and peace of mind when making your reservation.

Cancellations

 

More than 48 hours before the tour: 100% refund of the amount paid, except for non-refundable charges previously informed.

• Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before, no-show, or late arrival at the meeting point: no refund applies.

Date changes

 

 

You can request a date change at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability and the conditions of the corresponding provider.

 

Weather and operator cancellations

 

If an activity is canceled by the provider due to weather conditions, port closures, authority restrictions, or safety reasons, we will offer, as appropriate, a date change, an alternative activity, or a refund in accordance with the applicable provider conditions.

Ecotours Playa works with different tour providers. Some activities may have specific cancellation policies, especially parks, tickets, private tours, maritime activities, and services with special reservations.

 

If an activity has different conditions, you will be informed before confirming your reservation.

Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be made to the corresponding payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment platform.
